Getting started – athletes

How athletes download Syncra and join their team.

Athletes use the Syncra mobile app. You need your team's athlete join code, which looks like A-XXXXXX. Your coach gives it to you.

Join your team

    Download the app

    Download Syncra to your phone:

    Sign in

    Open the app and continue with Apple, Google or your phone number. Your account is created automatically the first time you sign in.

    Enter the team code

    The app is in Finnish, so the button names below are shown in Finnish with a translation.

    1. Open Asetukset (Settings) from the bottom menu. It's the gear icon on the far right.
    2. Choose Joukkueet (Teams).
    3. Choose Liity joukkueeseen (Join team) below the list.
    4. Type the code you received (A-XXXXXX) in Liittymiskoodi (Join code), and your first and last name in Nimesi joukkueessa (Your name in the team).
    5. Choose Liity joukkueeseen (Join team) and confirm with Liity (Join).

    The team now appears in your Teams list, and your coach sees you on the team roster.

Good to know

When you join a team, your team's coaches can see the practices and data you log in Syncra. You can leave the team at any time under Asetukset → Joukkueet (Settings → Teams).
