Getting started – coaches
How coaches get started with Syncra and bring their team on board.
Coaches use Syncra in the browser at app.syncra.fi. You need your team's coach join code, which looks like C-XXXXXX. We send it to you once your team has been created.
Join your team

Sign in
Open app.syncra.fi and sign in with Google, Apple or your phone number. Your account is created automatically the first time you sign in.

Enter the coach code
Enter the coach join code (
C-XXXXXX) and your name. Your athletes see this name. Choose Liity joukkueeseen (Join team). - 3
Invite the other coaches
You'll find the team's codes in the team settings under Joukkueen tiedot (Team details). Share the coach join code with the other coaches so they can join the same way.

Bring your athletes in
From the same place, share the athlete join code (
A-XXXXXX) with your athletes. Athletes join in the Syncra mobile app. You can send them the athlete guide directly.
Good to know
Don't share the coach code with athletes. Anyone who joins with the coach code can see the whole team's data.
If an athlete doesn't use the app themselves, you can add them to the team without an account of their own under Lisää urheilija (Add athlete). You can still program practices for them and record test results.
