Deleting your account

You can delete your Syncra account and all related data in two ways.

Option 1: In the app

You can delete your account directly in the Syncra app:

  1. Open the Syncra app
  2. Go to Settings (Asetukset)
  3. Select Delete account (Poista tili)
  4. Confirm the deletion

Option 2: By email

You can also request account deletion by sending an email:

aku@asoft.fi

Include your account's email address in the message, and we will delete your account and all your data within 30 days.

Note: Deleting your account cannot be undone. All your training diary entries, statistics and other data are permanently deleted.
