Syncra is a training monitoring service designed for athletes and teams, provided by a company operating in Finland.
The user agrees to use the service in accordance with the law and good practice, and to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
When you join a team in the service, your training data may be shared with the team's coaches and other team members according to the team's settings.
In connection with team features, anonymized data may be sent to OpenAI's servers to provide AI features (for example, training analyses). Personal data is removed from the data before it is sent.
The content of the service and all related rights belong to Asoft Oy or its licensors. Copying or otherwise using the content of the service without permission is prohibited.
The service is provided as is. Asoft Oy is not liable for any indirect damages or losses arising from the use of the service.
Asoft Oy may update these terms. Changes take effect when they are published in the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland.
